Planning and Zoning
Welcome to the Planning Division
Mark Rivera is the Director of Planning and is an AICP Certified Planner. Mark
administers Titles 9 and 10 of the Village Code. Title 9 pertains to the Zoning Code
and Title 10 pertains to the Subdivision Regulations. Mark is assisted by Christine
Breault, Administrative Assistant/ Deputy Clerk
