MISSION

The Mission of the court is to provide and independant venue for people to be heard without bias or prejudice and to render decisions consistent with the traditions of fairness,integrity,independence and impartiality.


The Municipal Court is located at the rear of "The Cove arts Building" (the yellow building)  at 12 Crestview Drive Suite 3-W.

The Municipal Court hears cases involving violations of any Village Ordinance, DWI violations and Traffic Citations that occur within Village limits. The Judge also performs weddings upon request.
